Cimplicity First Time User

I am Cimplicity First time user and I am using Cimplicity 4.0.How i can launch a run time.

And Also I am facing an Alarm is Prompting that the Microsoft access lost data base connection.

How I can found the list of driver configure in HMI...I am able to saw in ODBC driver but where is related information in HMI.
