Workspace crash iFIX 5.5

Hi All

Using iFIX 5.5 sp2.
Having clients on Win7.
Workspace sometimes crash when calling closedigitalpoint with taggroup reference in a popup picture.
Windows log claims that workspace.exe crash occurs in module msvcr100.dll.

Any ideas?
