Middle Mouse Button

Has anyone implemented use of the middle mouse button?

Not necessarily the wheel, but the button the wheel has?

VIA the E-Books (MouseDown event), it claims the middle mouse button is "Button = 4", but I have not gotten this to work...

Is this a bug?

Any heads up would be nice!
