Hi
Im in need for help to understand Ihistorian.
The situation is that we have one tag (A thermocouple) that I want to investigate how often it has been above 400 and 700 degrees during the past two years.
My idea was to use the Query filtered Data.
I collect data from tag A and then filter data when A > 400 degrees. I use calculated sampling (Total) and an interval of 7 days.
My idea is that for every 7 day will Ihistorian calculate how many times tag A has been above 400 degrees.
Now to my problem.
When I do exactly the same collection for temperature above 700 degrees there is an error. On some occasions are the more hits/Counts on above 700 degrees then on above 400 degrees. If the temperature is above 700 it is automatically above 400 so this should be impossible
What is the difference between choosing Total and Count in Calculation?
Thanks from Sweden
