Screen NavBack passing Variable Values

Hello, trying this medium for the first time.
Need to navigate to previous screen but should pass a Variable Value.
Navigating to a certain screen, passing vars in script, works fine with OverlayEx.
Anyone knows a simular way to NavBack ?
