Dictionary Object

The Dictionary object shows up the in help file, but there is no reference to MS Scripting Library available in the VBA IDE so when I use it in the VBE the code fails.
Is this object not available or do I have the wrong library in mind?

Update: lib was "MS Scripting Runtime" and was not in alpha order so I missed it,
