Io fault table address offset shifting

hi all

my project setup configuration are duplex CPU320 , 3 redundant bus rx3i GBC with Genius blocks
redundant IO and duplex system achieve through soft logic .

My query is

reference address for fault input (circuit fault or line fault or open circuit detected ) in IO fault table seems to be shifting the offset to address +1

for example if %i0001 ( which is channel 1) line fault detected , io fault table logged as %i0002 ( channel2 )

does it related with Hardware configuration ( all genius block and hardware configuration cross verified & its byte aligned )
