Slow Alarm Processing

Hi.

We have a problem with alarms taking too much time to dispatch to clients, more than 1 hour of delay. The queue MgrRecv had more than 4000 current. It keeps more or less 10 seconds accumulating new alarms and then process 10 alarms at a time (1/second). The other queues seem to be ok, increasing puts and processing. WsacQ and ClntSnd with 0 current. I wonder if this is the normal behavior of MgrRcvr and if there is some way to increase the processing of this queue.

We have a redundant scada pair with 26000 tags and 30 or more clients, iFIX 5.1 with recent sims. 15000 alarms enabled and during start-up, with much more alarms than the normal operation of the plant. We will set the alarm filters on the scadas, but now clients receive all alarms.

Any help will be appreciated.
