Proficy Portal display to add into workflow form activity

Hello,

I want to show Proficy Portal display in workflow task step.
I configured Portal Data source and imported displays. It correctly selected and viewed using Global Viewer.
But There is no ability to select Portal Display in universal browser (OK button is not active) when configuring form activity in workflow subprocess.

Anyone have the same problem? May be exist another way to do this?
