Elapsed time display in Cimplicity 8.0

I have been asked/tasked to display an elapsed time between On cycles of a pump. Ordinarily I would accomplish this in the ladder logic of the 90-30 that is controlling the pump, but since the project is running, and the powers that be do not want any logic edits on a system that has been qualified, until the current mission is ended, I thought to handle this using Cimplicity virtual screen points.Is there a way to accomplish this? I am comfortable with Cimplicity, but more so in connecting it to the PLC points than using virtual points; I am not even sure that you can create a timer of this type.
