Property "Duration" of Durationpicker Object

Hi All:

I tried to set a default value of "Duration" such as 2 hours in DurationPicker Object.
But got an error message "Unable to set value 02:00:00 on property Duration".Does
anyone have idea for it ? Any workaround ?

PS: workflow version 1.5 SP2
