Hi everyone!
I'm trying to restore a backup project from a client, and I have error messages everywhere!
If I try to restore the fbk file, it appears me a message box: "Bad file format. The archive file may be an old version or a wrong version in header signature or is not a Proficy iFIX backup file (.fbk)."
The client assure that he uses iFIX 5.5 x64. I have tried to restore it in a Windows XP and Windows7, and always the same.
If I try to open the SCU file, disabling the external nodes and standard alone.... when I try to run the project, appears a message: "Warning, unable to open STARTUP.LOG. No startup hitory will be written to disk."
The STARTUP.LOG is in the local folder, with this code:
