Dear Experts,
We are having 61850, 132/33 kV Grid substations (each consisting around 60 IEDs, F650 & UR series) with Cimplicity 8.2, with redundant servers, with hardware licence dongles for 50,000 points (02 stations in operation, Another 02 under construction).
We are having optical fiber for all stations. All stations communicate selected signals (SPI,DPI, SPCO, DPCO, MMXU etc) with National Control Center through a D400. So 03 Nos of report control blocks are used. 02 is remaining without using.
We need to put up a clustered control center for this 04 stations,(apart from the National Control Center, NCC) however all signals should be available to this control center, which was not required for NCC.
What is the most appropriate method? for example,
1) Get IEC 104 signals, through another channel of D400 and develop a HMI including all 04 stations, with redundant servers, purchasing hardware licence.
2) Use the web view option, and keep 04 remote computers representing each site.
3) Use the client option, with a client licence.
4) Put all 04 stations to a common LAN, with separate IP blocks and develop 02 redundant servers remotely. (With hardware licence, use remaining 02 report control blocks)(will this cause broadcast storms?)
These are the options just came in to my mind. Please guide me for the better engineering solutions, some might already have practiced. Required additional licence can be purchased.
Any further information required can be provided..
Thanks,
Tharaka
