Cimplicity 7.1

GE FANUC PLC : VERSAPRO. ; IP address : 3.0.0.1
HMI/SCADA : CIMPLICITY 7.0. ; IP address: 3.0.0.15
Communication :Ethernet.

PLC is running mode.
Data is updatng in PLC program but not showing in HMI.

I tried to copy "HCTCOPY" .bat file by following way.

CIMPLICITY Work Bench, Tools, Command Prompt, hctcopy.

it shows
" The system cannot find the file specified."

Please help.
