DO tags initially unknown

Hi,,

I am facing a difficulty while using DO tags. As I import it to the database manager, it is shoeing as ???? value even if the communication is healthy. But as I force from database manager as open or close, afterwards it will work fine until I re import it.
Please help to solve the bug...
