iFix 5.0 Color assignment retention

We are having issues with color assignment retention. We built a 'proof' screen to test the specification documentation RGB assignment. We see the Black, Red, Orange, and others lose these settings when opening the proof screen. We can edit the color back to where it looks right, after saving, closing iFix, and returning to check, the edits are gone (i.e. Black goes to White...). We are editing using Menu/View/Color Selections/Cusomize Colors.
Development PC is XP with service pack 3. Thanks!
