Pls tell me: How to load a tag list in TagControlPanel Pic!

Hi All,
In Tag Status of Ifix, I see TagControlPanel pic, can you tell me the way to load a tag list default when open that pic!
(i don't want operator have to open dialog to choose a tag list)
