PTDL_PR process on Hold on secondary Server

Hiii.

I have redundant system with Cimplicity 8.2. After starting the project i see the following alarm:

Process PTDL_RP terminated on SERVER2 Process name MAC_PTDL.

The utility "Process Control" has checked that the process PTDL_RP is not running on the second server(Hold) .
On Trying Manually starting PTDL_RP, "Process PTDL_RP terminated on SERVER2 Process name MAC_PTDL" alarm is generated.
For Server1, All Process are running .

When I start server2 only, PTDL_RP process is not starting.:confused:
