programming CPU by proficy machine edition

I have changed type 364 pcu to 374 and i have problem installing the new program.
I am using proficy machine edition. The 374 cpu is new. I have error codes on the proficy machine edition and cannot seem to clear these. I believe the error codes are preventing the installation.
