how to create navigation bar and CIMLayout in cimplicity 8.2

Hi all,

I have cimplicity 8.2 installed on windows 7. I have a very simple question that how to create navigation bar and CIMLAYOUT file in cimplicity 8.2 projectless version. I already have some .CIM files of which i want to add in navigation
bar and CIMLAYOUT. please tell me how to do this in cimplicity 8.2 PROJECT LESS Version.
