Fix32 on a virtual machine

I'm trying to get an NT4 virtual machine up and running with Fix32 V6.12, but it will not start correctly. The startup log is:

Executing task: NNTABLE.EXE
Loading module: NSD.DLL
Can not load module: NSD.DLL
Windows error code: 126
Abnormal Termination
FIX Startup ERROR!
Shutdown attempt in progress...
Closing NNTABLE.EXE

Has anyone had any experience with trying to get this to work?
